Thank you for your order. If you've picked the wrong size or colour, email hello@finefoams.com.au straight away with your order number and what you'd like instead, and we'll change it before it's packed.
How quickly you need to tell us
Orders go from our website to our Sydney warehouse about two hours after they're placed, and the warehouse packs each business morning. The sooner you email, the simpler the change. If your order has already been picked up by the warehouse we can usually still catch it, but we'll confirm with you either way rather than promise.
Colour changes
A colour change is free. If your blanket comes with the free pillowcase 2-pack, we switch the pillowcases to match the new colour.
Size changes
Sizes are priced differently, so a size change carries the difference: Single/Double $249, Queen $319, King/Super King $349 (Extra Warm $349 Single/Double, $429 Queen/King; fitted sheets $159, $179, $199). If you're going up a size we email you an invoice for the difference before the order ships; if you're going down, we refund the difference to your original payment method.
If it has already shipped
Once a parcel has left the warehouse it can't be changed in transit, but the 100-Night Trial has you covered. When it arrives, email us your order number: colour swaps are free, size swaps carry the price difference, and we send a prepaid Australia Post return label for the item you're sending back.
Sizes, so you can double-check
Soothing Muslin Blanket: Single/Double 243 × 180 cm, Queen 279 × 243 cm, King/Super King 279 × 279 cm. Couples who share and pull the blanket usually choose King/Super King.
