When does the trial start?
The day your order is delivered. You get the full 100 nights with the blanket actually on your bed.
Which products does it cover?
Everything we make — the blanket, The Complete Bed, fitted sheets and pillowcases. Clearance items are the one exception: they're final sale unless faulty.
What condition does a return need to be in?
As-new: no stains, damage or pet hair, with its original packaging. Sleeping under it is what the trial is for — just keep the packaging until you've decided.
How do returns and refunds work?
Email hello@finefoams.com.au and we'll organise a return label — post your return within 14 days of starting it. Once your return is processed, your refund goes to your original payment method, usually within 2–5 business days. If you paid for express shipping, that fee isn't refundable. Rather a different colour or size? Swapping is free.
What about the free pillowcase gift?
The free pillowcase set belongs with the blanket — if you return the blanket for a refund, the set comes back with it.
Do New Zealand orders get the trial?
Yes — the same 100 nights. For NZ returns you cover the postage back to our Sydney warehouse; we recommend a tracked service. Full details are in our refund policy.
