We ship all orders from the Canberra warehouse.

As soon as your order is sent, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package as it makes its way to you.

All orders will be sent via Australian Post, and they should arrive within 2-8 business days*.

While most packages will arrive on time, please be advised that the carriers may experience delays due to COVID-19.

Please be sure to check if your car seat height is adjustable, as the seat cushion will increase the height of your sitting position by a few centimeters.

Returns and Refund

If for any reason you are not happy with our seat cushion, email us at to let us know, and we will assist you with the further process.

At fine foams, we are 100% committed to making you happy. All our products have a 30-day trial which starts upon receiving your order. If you do not fall in love with the order, you may return them for a full refund. Just email us at with the reason for return within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will organize your full refund.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved in returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until our team receives them. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

All returned products will not be sent out again. Every one of our customers will receive a brand-new product.

Damages and issues

Each order is hand-checked and packed by a member of Team Fine Foams before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we make every effort to confirm your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect, and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Stolen Packages/Wrong Shipping address

Fine Foams is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and wrong shipping addresses confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, Fine Foams will ensure the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.


Returns made will be refunded in your original form of payment. If the payment was made using a credit/debit card or bank account, there might be a lead time required by PayPal (our credit card settlement service provider) to set up the credit transaction with your bank.
