Orders usually leave our Sydney warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. Pre-order items show their expected dispatch window on the product page and in your order confirmation.

We deliver with Australia Post (and Direct Freight for some larger parcels).
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking email the moment your parcel ships. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan. If tracking says delivered but you can't find the parcel, check around the property, with household members and neighbours, and at your local post office, then email us and we'll lodge an enquiry with the carrier.
Where we ship
Australia and New Zealand only. New Zealand shipping is charged at checkout.
Multi-item orders
Larger orders and The Complete Bed sometimes travel as separate parcels, so check your tracking email for a second consignment before assuming something is missing.
